1. Why did you do this?
A: Because it is part of my ciriculum in my 12th grade english class.
2. Why do you spend so much money in the first place?
A: Because I can pretty much. I have saved up a good chunk since I started my job so pretty much when I see something I want I just buy it.
3. Why do you have ten watches?
A; My store sells a large amount of Nixon watches and because of that I had to familiarize myself with the project, and in the process of I grew a pretty big obbesion with the product. After I bought my second one I got and offer to get two more really cheap and after my fouth it just snowballed. I figured if I already have four how bad could five be etc…
4. What do you hope to gain from this?
A: Hopefully a higher sense of self control and maybe save up some money in the process.
5. When the experiment is over are you going to go right back to your old way and spend a lot on what you have been wanting during November?
A: As of right now, yeah, probably. Hopefully the expiriment will change that but I will probably just end up bingeing on a bunch right after.
6. How much do you spend on average on clothing per month?
A: Anywhere from about a hundred to four hundred dollars give or take.
7. What do you spend your money on normally?
A: Mostly clothing, but I have spent large amounts on a road bike, skateboards, guitars, watches, shoes, gasonline, food, and other random things I don’t need.
8. Is this going to affect sports like skateboarding where you need to buy new things?
A: Yes it will. I will have to cut back on my boards and not try to hard of tricks in order to preserve the decks life.
